Wedge potatoes

Ingredients
- 500 g small potatoes
- 2 Tbsp of salt
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp smoked paprika
- Pinch sea salt, pepper
Steps
- Preheat oven to 220 degrees
- Cut potatoes in wedges
- Bring salted water to boil
- Add potatoes and let simmer for 8 min
- Strain water and leave the potatoes to dry for a few min
- Put in a bowl with 2 tsp of olive oil
- Arrange in a baking sheet and grill for 30 min
- Add salt, pepper and paprika
- Take them out when they look golden
