Wedge potatoes

Ingredients

  • 500 g small potatoes
  • 2 Tbsp of salt
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • Pinch sea salt, pepper

Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 220 degrees
  2. Cut potatoes in wedges
  3. Bring salted water to boil
  4. Add potatoes and let simmer for 8 min
  5. Strain water and leave the potatoes to dry for a few min
  6. Put in a bowl with 2 tsp of olive oil
  7. Arrange in a baking sheet and grill for 30 min
  8. Add salt, pepper and paprika
  9. Take them out when they look golden
