Tzatziki

Ingredients
- ½ cup finely grated cucumber
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- Juice of 1 lemon
- ½ Tbsp olive oil
- 1 grated garlic clove (optional)
- ¼ tsp sea salt
- 1 Tbsp chopped dill
- 1 Tbsp chopped mint (optional)
Steps
- Grate the cucumber and squeeze out the water (over the sink in its own skin, or with paper towels).
- In a bowl, combine the yogurt, lemon juice, garlic (optional), olive oil, salt, and herbs.
- Add chilli when serving.
