Tzatziki

Ingredients

  • ½ cup finely grated cucumber
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • ½ Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 grated garlic clove (optional)
  • ¼ tsp sea salt
  • 1 Tbsp chopped dill
  • 1 Tbsp chopped mint (optional)

Steps

  1. Grate the cucumber and squeeze out the water (over the sink in its own skin, or with paper towels).
  2. In a bowl, combine the yogurt, lemon juice, garlic (optional), olive oil, salt, and herbs.
  3. Add chilli when serving.
