Roasted salmon

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
  • 2 Tbsp ground flaxseed
  • ½ tsp salt
  • Pepper to taste

Steps

  1. Combine the olive oil, mustard, and garlic in a small bowl.
  2. Mix and brush the salmon on top (not the skin side) and along the sides.
  3. Combine the flaxseed, salt, and pepper on a flat plate.
  4. Coat the brushed areas of the salmon in the flax mixture.
  5. Cook in a pan as you usually would.
