Roasted salmon

Ingredients
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
- 2 Tbsp ground flaxseed
- ½ tsp salt
- Pepper to taste
Steps
- Combine the olive oil, mustard, and garlic in a small bowl.
- Mix and brush the salmon on top (not the skin side) and along the sides.
- Combine the flaxseed, salt, and pepper on a flat plate.
- Coat the brushed areas of the salmon in the flax mixture.
- Cook in a pan as you usually would.
