Ingredients
To bake
- 2 cups almonds (or a mix of nuts)
- 2 cups sunflower seeds
- 3 Tbsp hemp seeds
- 1 Tbsp cinnamon
- ¾ tsp salt
- ¼ cup melted coconut oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
After baking
- ¼ cup desiccated coconut
- 3 Tbsp chia seeds
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 150 °C.
- Mix the baking ingredients and spread on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 15 minutes, stir, then bake another 15 minutes (30 minutes total).
- When it comes out of the oven, add the desiccated coconut and chia.
