Ingredients

To bake

  • 2 cups almonds (or a mix of nuts)
  • 2 cups sunflower seeds
  • 3 Tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 Tbsp cinnamon
  • ¾ tsp salt
  • ¼ cup melted coconut oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

After baking

  • ¼ cup desiccated coconut
  • 3 Tbsp chia seeds

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 150 °C.
  2. Mix the baking ingredients and spread on a baking sheet.
  3. Bake for 15 minutes, stir, then bake another 15 minutes (30 minutes total).
  4. When it comes out of the oven, add the desiccated coconut and chia.
