Chickpea crepes

Ingredients
- 250 g chickpea flour
- 600 ml sparkling mineral water
- ½ tsp turmeric
- ½ tsp curry
- ½ tsp cayenne pepper
- ½ tsp ground ginger
- ½ tsp ground coriander
- 1 tsp salt
- Pepper to taste
- Coconut oil for the pan
Steps
- Add all ingredients to a bowl.
- Mix well and refrigerate the batter for 30 minutes.
- Heat a pan and add coconut oil.
- Pour ⅓ cup of batter into the pan.
- Cook until golden, then flip with a spatula.
