Chickpea crepes

Ingredients

  • 250 g chickpea flour
  • 600 ml sparkling mineral water
  • ½ tsp turmeric
  • ½ tsp curry
  • ½ tsp cayenne pepper
  • ½ tsp ground ginger
  • ½ tsp ground coriander
  • 1 tsp salt
  • Pepper to taste
  • Coconut oil for the pan

Steps

  1. Add all ingredients to a bowl.
  2. Mix well and refrigerate the batter for 30 minutes.
  3. Heat a pan and add coconut oil.
  4. Pour ⅓ cup of batter into the pan.
  5. Cook until golden, then flip with a spatula.
