Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup flour (gluten-free works too)
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 cup cold water
- ½ tsp salt
- Lemon zest
- Juice of 1 lemon
Steps
- Mix all ingredients until smooth.
- Rest in the fridge for 20 minutes.
- Heat a pan and cook the crepes as usual.
