Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup flour (gluten-free works too)
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 cup cold water
  • ½ tsp salt
  • Lemon zest
  • Juice of 1 lemon

Steps

  1. Mix all ingredients until smooth.
  2. Rest in the fridge for 20 minutes.
  3. Heat a pan and cook the crepes as usual.
