Berries crumble

Ingredients

Berry filling

  • 4 cups berries (mixed or just one type)
  • ½ tsp vanilla
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp maple syrup

Crumble topping

  • 2 ½ cups oats
  • 5 Tbsp almond flour
  • Pinch sea salt
  • ½ tsp vanilla
  • 2 Tbsp maple syrup/date syrup
  • 4 Tbsp coconut oil 

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees.
  2. Mix berries with vanilla, lemon & syrup.
  3. Prepare crumble separately (oats, flour, salt and vanilla).
  4. Add maple syrup and coconut oil.
  5. Pour berry mixture on a greased pan, then add crumble.
  6. Bake for 35-40 min until fruits are bubbling around the edges and the crumble is firm and lightly browned.
