Berries crumble

Ingredients
Berry filling
- 4 cups berries (mixed or just one type)
- ½ tsp vanilla
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp maple syrup
Crumble topping
- 2 ½ cups oats
- 5 Tbsp almond flour
- Pinch sea salt
- ½ tsp vanilla
- 2 Tbsp maple syrup/date syrup
- 4 Tbsp coconut oil
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 175 degrees.
- Mix berries with vanilla, lemon & syrup.
- Prepare crumble separately (oats, flour, salt and vanilla).
- Add maple syrup and coconut oil.
- Pour berry mixture on a greased pan, then add crumble.
- Bake for 35-40 min until fruits are bubbling around the edges and the crumble is firm and lightly browned.
