Ingredients

Dry

  • 1½ cups oat flour
  • ½ cup of almond meal
  • 1½ tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp cardamom
  • ¼ tsp salt

Wet

  • 1 Tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 3 mashed bananas
  • 2 Tbsp almond milk (or more for extra smudginess)
  • 1–2 dates for extra sweetness (optional)

Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 175 degrees.
  2. Add dry ingredients to a large bowl and incorporate wet ingredients next
  3. Bake for 40-45 minutes.
  4. Remove and let cool for 10 min before serving.

Baking tips You can dismiss the ½ almond meal and use 2 full cups of oatmeal. If almond milk is not available, you can sub with coconut or oat milk.
