Ingredients
Dry
- 1½ cups oat flour
- ½ cup of almond meal
- 1½ tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp baking soda
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp cardamom
- ¼ tsp salt
Wet
- 1 Tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 3 mashed bananas
- 2 Tbsp almond milk (or more for extra smudginess)
- 1–2 dates for extra sweetness (optional)
Steps
- Preheat oven to 175 degrees.
- Add dry ingredients to a large bowl and incorporate wet ingredients next
- Bake for 40-45 minutes.
- Remove and let cool for 10 min before serving.
Baking tips You can dismiss the ½ almond meal and use 2 full cups of oatmeal. If almond milk is not available, you can sub with coconut or oat milk.
